Experience the best of both worlds with our semi-private training sessions at Verdure. Individualised support, tailored to meet your needs, whilst working within the small group setting, creates a supportive and motivating community enabling you to achieve your health, fitness and wellness goals.

Maximum of 3 people per session.
Start your Semi-Private sessions with the 8 week Finding Your Verdure journey. Then continue to develop along your health and fitness path. 2 or 3 sessions a week options available. ​
Or jump straight into Semi-Private sessions following initial consultation and assessments.
