Fun Exercise and Educational Learning Sessions
F.E.E.L @ Home sessions are exercise and wellbeing sessions, ideal for homeschooled children and their families, offering a rounded approach to physical, academic and mental wellness.

The sessions integrate physical exercise, mindfulness, and breathwork focuses, providing a framework for enhancing both physical fitness and emotional resilience.
Each session is designed to be flexible, accommodating the needs and learning goals of individuals.
The physical exercise component encourages children to develop strength, coordination, and endurance through fun and engaging activities, whereas the mindfulness and breathwork practices help in cultivating focus, reducing stress, and fostering a sense of calm.
Additionally, sessions offer time for support with academic learning – if required - and create opportunities for families to bond, relax, and engage with others.
Before your first session, Laura will contact you to find out about needs and aims. By identifying individual or group objectives in advance, she can prepare materials, activities, or discussions that align with these aims, ultimately enhancing the overall experience and outcomes for everyone involved.
Laura is a qualified SENDCo, teacher of 15 years and fitness coach, so you’re in good hands!
N.B. Parents and carers are free to join in with the exercise, mindfulness and breathwork focuses, or you may choose to sit and have a cuppa whilst the children complete their activities. Whatever is going to support the children best. You must however, stay at the studio for the duration of the session.
