ADAPT

All of our group training sessions are inclusive and accessible to everyone, regardless of their physical abilities. However, our ADAPT sessions, which run at least twice a month on a Saturday morning, for people with additional needs, disabilities, or anyone who benefits from a slower pace, quieter environment.

 

This ensures that everyone has access to tailored support to meets their unique needs. This approach not only promotes inclusivity but provides a tailored environment where all participants can thrive and achieve their personal goals.

 

Providing such specialised sessions helps foster a sense of community and understanding, empowering individuals to engage in physical activities at their own pace and ability level.

As well as being a Personal Trainer, I’m also a qualified teacher and SENDCo, so you can feel confident you’re in safe, knowledgeable, and understanding hands.Whether you’re new to exercise or looking for something more accessible, ADAPT is about moving comfortably, building confidence, and feeling supported.

N.B. Parents and carers are free to join in with the exercise, or you may choose to sit and have a cuppa. Whatever is going to support best! You must however, stay at the studio for the duration of the session.
