Youth Group Training
Suitable for ages 8+

Circuit style training suitable for all levels of fitness and experience.

Sessions will focus on developing CORE elements of fitness: Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Aerobic Endurance, Mobility.
​
Training will be tailored to suit individual needs.
​
Sessions last 50-60minutes
​
Parents/carers to stay at the studio during sessions.
Age 8+
