Mummy, Me and Mindfulness

Looking for a supportive way to rebuild strength and confidence with your little one in tow?

 

Functional Strength Mummy & Me Session starts Wednesday 7th January.  

 

 

Little ones are welcome at any of our group training sessions, but Mummy, Me and Mindfulness is perfect for mums with babies from 6-8 weeks (with clearance to exercise) all the way through to mums with pre-school aged children. Everyone is welcome, and you’ll be supported to move at your own pace.

What to Expect:

  • During the Mummy & Me session, your little one can stay close to you, play, or rest in the studio space while you move.

  • You’ll enjoy a mix of bodyweight, banded, and resistance exercises, all adapted to your individual needs.

  • Each session begins with breathwork and a focus on the pelvic floor, which is then integrated into the main strength and functional exercises.​

  • After the workout, enjoy a cuppa on me and some quality time to connect with other lovely mummies, with a range of mindful activities to enjoy together. ☕💛

From your pre-session forms, the gentle assessments in your first session and our weekly check-ins, everything is designed to ensure your exercises are personalised to what your body needs each week.

🕦 Wednesdays, 11:30am – 1:00pm

​

Arrival & settling in from 11:30am.

Guided functional strength session begins 11:45am.

Followed by a cuppa, time for conversation and mindful activities​.
